The steel is also highly resistant to rust, and each blade features 33 layers of high-quality stainless steel on either side. The blades are precision-ground to an optimal angle of 12 to 14 degrees, ensuring top-tier sharpness and control. Pepper uses only FSC-certified Pakkawood for its knife handles, ensuring durability without compromising on quality.

• Always wash the knife by hand using warm water and mild detergent
• Dry the knife immediately after washing with a soft towel to avoid rust and water spots
• Sharpen the knife when needed - this is easiest with a honing steel or a knife sharpener
