If you want to grill with charcoal, it’s easy – remove the grill grates and flame tamers, place the charcoal tray inside the grill, and fill it with charcoal or briquettes. Put the grill grates back on top and ignite the charcoal using the gas burners underneath. Once the charcoal is glowing, turn off the burners and continue grilling over charcoal or briquettes, giving you the best of both worlds: the speed and control of gas, combined with the authentic smoky flavor of charcoal.
The charcoal tray is made from robust and durable stainless steel 304 SS, which provides fast heating and long lifespan.
